Mr. David Cassavitis and Ms. Carrie Wheatley

 Music in Motion was created with the idea of providing a destination where children and parents could come together and enrich their lives through music and the arts. David and Carrie are so thankful to live in a city like Branson, where God and family is so important. Music in Motion is dedicated to providing this community with services that fulfill and enrich, while promoting family values and FUN. We at Music in Motion intend to give back to this community that has given us so much.

Our Instructors

ALL of our instructors are experienced professionals, and have years of experience teaching children. We pride ourselves on quality, and our instructors are top notch. Of course we teach the arts to children, but we also offer Master Classes, and Advanced training in all of our programs.

As well as teaching children the performing arts, we also provide instruction to Adults. We provide adults the opportunity to learn that instrument that they either gave up as a youngster, or just wish they had learned to play.

Biographies

David Orlando Cassavitis

Mr. Cassavitis has lived in the Branson area for over 13 years. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, David is proud to call Branson his home. David’s brother is the legendary Tony Orlando, and Tony plays an active role in the curriculum of Music in Motion. David has a B.A. in Music Education, and has over 12 years of teaching experience as well as touring for many years as the keyboard player for his brother Tony. David developed the EARLY NOTES program while studying in college, and is excited to bring it to the Branson area.

Carrie Wheatley

Ms. Wheatley is a TRUE LOCAL, being born and raised right here in the Ozarks. Carrie has over 15 years teaching experience, and is a professional level gymnastics coach. She is a USA Gymnastics certified pre-school instructor, and is dedicated to teaching children and helping them to achieve their individual goals. Carrie has been an integral part of developing the EARLY NOTES program, and has helped to make it one of the very best early childhood development programs in the world.
